Yes, these are very valid and urgent points. I've been there myself. It took me many years of work-overload to understand when to walk out. And not to mention, that I was giving the owners of the organization a huge (and I mean huge!) amount of free and unpaid labor for their company.
But that's exactly my point. Join a start-up where you have a stake as a co-founder and partner. Or better yet, build out your own business idea, where you have 100% ownership of all assets.
That's what I'm getting at. I'm not promising that there will be huge successes, but what you will have is ownership over something.
