Wow, thank you Mike! This is great feedback. The Double Diamond is tried-and-true method to guide teams as a map throughout the UX process. It has helped me enormously over the years to understand what and where a product development project stands within its cycle to MVP.

I've been working on a personal (no pay) product where were still in the research phase, even after two years. But having the Double Diamond as a reference methodology tells me that everything we're doing is exactly as we should. Of course, working for a client, the time frame would be a more realistic one.
