Chapter 4
Spring has sprung, so has cabin fever, and a severe shortage of medical protective gear
Will the sun save us all from insanity and unsafe working conditions for medical professionals?
Day eight or ten or twelve of New York under quarantine. I lost count of when it actually started. But for my own reference, I use Friday, March 13, 2020, when the Metropolitan Museum closed its doors to visitors, for an unknown number of days, or weeks.
Additionally, the Brooklyn Botanic Garden has closed its gates to visitors temporarily as well
We are deeply saddened that the community will not be able to enjoy the pleasures of early spring here in the coming weeks. We will regroup when this emergency has abated to welcome you back into the full embrace of the Garden. — BBG Press Release
