Love it! I've worked with PowerPoint many times, although, creatively speaking, as a designer, I'd prefer InDesign or even Keynote. But... PowerPoint can do amazing things, and, if the content is well written and well broken down into presentable content chapters, it's also a delight to design with. Only caveat, beware of fancy fonts, because they won't load or transfer from a Mac to a PC, and vice versa.
