I like the idea of a sprint retrospective, but I’ve always hated the whole idea of a sprint. The teams and stakeholders I’ve worked with, Sprint always meant the looming deadline to finish up the deliverables.

Of course, companies and clients have deadlines, but the definition the everything will coagulate at the Sprint phase was and is always daunting.
