“The most powerful person in the world is the story teller. The storyteller sets the vision, values, and agenda of an entire generation that is to come.” — Steve Jobs

{Semantic UX formulation = meaning or interpretation of a word or sentence referenced by your customers}

Every customer has a story

Tap into your user’s stories. Every user who is interacting with your product, has a story about how they got there. And a story before that story. Stories are looping.

There is a wealth of information that your customers can offer you through the lens of their history with your brand. And that’s their story to tell. All you need to do is to access it.
