How to iterate an Initial Problem Statement in UX

An Initial Problem Statement (IPS) is a tool researcher, designers, innovators, entrepreneurs, students, teachers, dreamers, and doers can access any time to write out their idea to solve a problem, and in such provide successful results.
In other words, and IPS is an extremely important concept to know to encapsulate a business idea into an actionable plan for research, and eventually, for development.
The formulation of an IPS consists of 3 parts:
Part 1 identifies the user(s) or customers, part 2 pinpoints the action we want to user to take, and part 3 defines the support the product needs to give to the user to accomplish the action defined in part 2.
