Everybody deserves to be happier

Happiness is the opposite of sadness and pain. In our lives, we experience a lot of the latter. It forms our characters and histories. It gives us grey hair and wrinkled skin. More often than necessary, it makes us neglect our path to happiness.

But how do we go about becoming happier?

How can we learn to follow a path of smiles, laughter, and joy?

User research strategies provide many answers

Luckily, we have many tools at hand. Even UX researchers have a word for it when delving into user experience data:

Delightful!

One of the fundamental questions UX researchers ask of a user’s experience, is:

Is my product delightful?

User research asks many questions. But the questions that matter the most are: Is the product useful, is it usable, is it serving as many people of as many different backgrounds, thereby being equitable, and above all else, is it delightful? Does my product give my user a delightful experience?
