That sounds really interesting. I like the aspect that certain activities drain energy, time, and money, and ought to be avoided. I can certainly embrace that full-heartedly.
I've come across this method when I was tallying my week when I was stressed out. It helped me get through that week seamlessly and I've since then used it as my personal system.
