Designing scintillating rainbow elements
How to capture the fluorescence in its absolute beauty
Rainbow: A semi-circle or arc of colors visible in the sky, rendered by the refraction of the sun’s light by rain or water droplets in the atmosphere. The colors of the rainbow are generally said to be red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet.
A rainbow is the gift of the universe. It happens in a flash, and is gone just as quickly. It might appear after the rain has stopped, or as a seemingly airborne effect wherever the sun is reflected on droplets or mist.
Rainbow colors
Rainbow colors are sometimes called prismatic colors. They always appear in the same spectral order.
ROYGBIV is the acronym for the sequence of hues commonly described as making up a rainbow: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet.
We can compose a rainbow-colored shape based on the ROYGBIV spectral colors.
